Comfy bed, excellent location, helpful host, light and spacious rooms.

The whole place needs a bit of tlc. Damp walls, peeling wallpaper, old furniture. It just feels a bit unloved.

Great location close to all amenities. Lovely clean house, milk was welcome in fridge, check in super easy and communication from host excellent

House showing signs of wear a quick refurb would enhance a great house. Outside furniture very dirty and not usable but didn't detract from a great property in a prime location

perfect location for us to get about , was very clean and very comfortable would stay here again and good value for money

Everything place was falling apart and so out Dated the pictures do not resemble the property in any way. Would never recommend to anyone!

Great location, centre of Poulton and with free parking at the front of the house. Met Nick who kindly let us into the property early. Comfortable and some nice touches, tea, coffee, orange juice and cereal etc. Poulton is a lovely town with some fab bars and restaurants and Booths supermarket is directly opposite the property.

It is a little tired in places and needs a new battery in the smoke alarm! Overall I highly recommend this property. Minor points and you can’t complain given the reasonable price.
