Graceland Lodge with Hot Tub

All the cutlery and plates etc were dirty, we washed everything before we would use it I've never stayed anywhere where there isn't odd bits of food, cooking oil etc. There was not even a salt or pepper pot No wash up liquid, cloth or tea towel, we always self cater and I have never known there to be nothing to wash your pots. We had to go to Aldi in Pocklington to buy stuff so we could wash their dirty pots Flat pillows, frayed carpets Shower door no seal, water everywhere  Cigarette burn on pillowcase and on outside seating Hot tub would not get above 35.5, even when the lid had been closed all night it was only 38, nowhere near hot enough. There was a note on the dishwasher to say it was broken, we were never told, we booked a lodge specifically with a dishwasher as we had our 3 grandchildren with us and wanted to spend time with them and not washing pots I've stayed in this particular lodge before but will not be staying again

Great collaboration with the host, a safe location, a clean caravan equipped with everything you need

The hot tub had missing cushions, a casing that wasn't properly attached, and was a little broken.

Nothing our stay was outstanding, Lodge resturant and grounds where excellent

I love the location and staff. I ho yearly with friends to celebrate Christmas as we all live far away

This caravan was subpar compared to the others I have stayed in. It was dirty and had less cutlery etc in the kitchen

I would have been nice to be contacted before the evening we were arriving 7pm

We don’t golf not a problem it was tricky to get a Uber going into town, the pizza delivery was never open and it would be nice to have a shop on site
