Charming 2 bedroom property in Bury St Edmunds

Didn’t feel secure. We couldn’t lock the front door from inside and we had someone staying at another of the owners properties trying to access the key lock box. I have no idea how this person knew the address of the property we were staying in, since he was at another property.

Well appointed property, no parking but a multi story car park close by which was very reasonably priced. Close to town centre and amenities. Host very quick at replying to messages.

The third bedroom was in a cellar like room, which was ok for us but some might find claustrophobic.

Very nice, warm house, comfy beds and had everything we needed. An enjoyable short stay

From our point of view the stairs were fairly steep and as one of our party is 100yrs old this was a small problem.

Property is in an excellent location to explore Bury St Edmunds and surroundings. House is well equipped and very comfortable. Highly recommended

The property was lovely and clean.

The neighbours came over at the start of the visit to tell us we needed to be quiet due to thin walls. Fine for us as we were only using it as a base but for anyone wanting to spend evenings in the property probably not the best choice.

Very spacious clean and tidy rooms were of a good size

Parking in a car park 2 minutes away wasn’t great

The property was in a great central location. Large bright and airy rooms, tastefully decorated. The house was warm and comfortable with plenty of hot water.

We arrived to find the property wasn’t ready for us but it was resolved very quickly.
