Only one kitchen towel in kitchen and no blackout blinds in two bedrooms.

Quiet and clean, close to city..

Very big, beautiful, clean and organised house! The manager is very nice and always answer very fast.

Good location and spacious accommodation.

Lack of necessary kitchen equipment like a grater, freezer, cafetière, cutlery (only 3 forks), draining rack for the sink, decent pans (frying pans were scrapped to bits and had all lost their non-stick coating) The downstairs shower didn't work when we arrived, although someone was sent around to repair it very quickly, which was appreciated. Not super clean - lack of dishwasher meant we were unsure about how clean kitchen equipment was, dirty socks left in a bedside table in one room, and old food left in a kitchen cupboard.

Great location. Cute, pictures a good representation of what is present. Easy access to Derry on foot, never used the car.

Nothing really. We had some problems with the heating, but that was because we come from Australia and don’t have heating etc. So it was more an us problem.
