Calla's place

Location was excellent, accommodation was excellent, close to shop and there was a take away around the corner. Used the kitchen to cook breakfast and everything in order, Internet and TV provided. The center of town in short walking distance (less than 1km).

Location great, house had nice interior, but the heating and water system did not work so we could not stay.

Beautiful, spacious apartment just a short walk from Derry city center. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room to make dinner for multiple people. We would definitely stay here again and can't recommend enough!

Location was perfect, the rooms were large, and there was lots of space. It was a 15 min walk into Derry, with sidewalks and traffic lights the whole way. There are a few stores and fast food places nearby too, in case you need anything. Hosts were very communicative and left goodies for our arrival. Would stay here again.

Out of the owners' control, but the on street parking is kinda tough, as it's first come, first serve. There are a lot of cars on the dead-end street. Also, unfortunately, the neighbors had a dog that barked quite a bit during our stay. I'm guessing that this wasn't the norm, as no one else had mentioned it before.

The house was very nice and clean. There is one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. Walking distance to downtown and there is parking on the street.

The bathroom upstairs is in one of the bedrooms, which is very small, so if you are in one of the other bedrooms you have to go downstairs to use the bathroom.

Fabulous location to explore the area, a short walk from town. House well equipped, clean and it’s definitely been modernised. Really comfy beds. Hosts allowed us early access as there was no one in the day before our arrival.

No terrestrial TV channels which is just a bit curious as we’ve never encountered that. There is a kindle fire stick there so you can log into all your Netflix/Prime apps but we just wanted the news (and Wimbledon) You had to walk through one of the upstairs bathrooms to get to the main bathroom (although there is a full bathroom downstairs too) There is parking in the street outside the house but we rarely got it as it was busy and had to park in a street nearby. Didn’t cause us a problem but may do for others.
