Me and my 2 children went to visit my mum for the night so we booked Pier Plain as it was close by. When we arrived we went to the Cliff hotel to collect the house keys which was pretty quick and straight forward. When we arrived at the house it exceeded our expectations. As soon as we opened the door it looked and smelt really clean. Everything you needed in the kitchen. The property had 3 good size bathrooms and the bedrooms were great with a TV in each of them. The added bonus of a hot tub in the garden which is not overlooked at all when you're in it. All in all great stay, everybody loved it just a shame we didn't book a bit longer. Staff were also great when picking up and dropping of the keys. We will definitely be returning.

The only things I could say about it is the stairs are quite steep (didn't affect us though) and there is no immediate parking near by although we did manage to park on the road just a couple of minutes walk from the property.

"Lovely night away with friends"

Lovely bright and clean. Had everything we needed. Great location, central for the beach, restaurant and Morrisons. Enjoyed the hot tub. Hot shower, lots of towels, nice and warm property. Comfortable beds.

The stairs were narrow and steep.
