Pier Plain By The Sea

Lovely clean property, lots of space upstairs in the two bedrooms and the hot tub is amazing!

Downstairs is a little cosey especially if you wanted people sleeping on the sofa, sofa is also not the comfiest but it’s ok and does the job.

The cottage was very near the beach and local amenities. The bedrooms were a good size and there were plenty of bathrooms. We also enjoyed the hot tub.

Parking was not near the cottage and it was tricky to load/unload. The sofa arm was broken, which we did report. On the second day there was a funny smell around the hot tub, we didn’t report it as thought it might be temporary, but it did linger.

Nice big rooms and a good Hot Tub and the daily service of it. Overall, it was a good stay with some issues but it didn't put us off.

Mould in the back bedroom bathroom and smell more mould when you enter the house. Bins were left full in the front garden, and you couldn't open the kitchen window as the flies were all around it and were coming in the kitchen. As a guest house, it should be emptied each time a new guest arrives. Take the rubbish to the tip or hotel bins. Sofa bed arm was broken, and the bin in the kitchen should be replaced as the lid was broken.

What a lovely cottage , I’ve stayed previously in many lodges and cottages and I’ve never had a stay in one so well equipped. So kind to leave , tea , coffee and sugar for us. Plenty of towels and great facilities. The hot tub was lovely after a days walking
