Gorleston Beach was brilliant to walk our dog, & she could run around off lead. Lots of doggy friendly places to visit for a drink & all within walking distance, so great location. The house was very welcoming, with each bedroom having its own bathroom, plus off the lounge, was a 3rd bathroom very handy after a dip in the hot tub. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a handy dishwasher to do the washing up. The garden has quite a few stairs/steps down to the hot tub and is covered in AstroTurf. Very secure for a dog as all brick built walls, but the garden is small, not sure how a larger dog would fair, but our small/medium dog enjoyed wandering around first thing in the morning.

Parking was a concern. There is a bay opposite, which we used to unload & load, but we weren't sure if we were OK to stay parked there or not. Was hoping to find information on this when we entered the property, but nothing included in the welcome note. Asked some locals and was told of a free car park at the bottom of the road, which was very handy as it looked like you could only park there for up to 1 hour. The property does have very steep stairs, which was a small struggle to get cases up & and down, but with the 3rd bathroom off the lounge, you didn't need to use these constantly. The steep stairs are typical of this type of house, but if you have mobility issues, this could be a problem. The weather wasn't great during our stay, not surprised there, but unfortunately the hot tub is not under a shelter and the umbrella provided was broken so unable to use, although not sure it would have been use. Would recommend some sort of cover being used/installed, which would make hot tub use better in all weather's.

Very clean, plenty of towels supplied. There was an en suite in both bedrooms and also a bathroom downstairs. Kitchen well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Location is perfect with just a short walk down to the centre.

No on site parking and very busy streets around. There is a free car park 5 minutes down the road. The property is easy to pull up to and place Hazzard lights on whilst unloading.

The house was nicely decorated and in a great location a short walk from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed like bin bags, dishwasher tabs, cling film etc. There were ample towels and blankets and each bathroom had a little selection of toiletries which we thought were a nice touch. Also, Glenn dealt with an issue we had professionally and promptly.

Some bits were a bit worn but not anything that affected use. The stairs were indeed very steep but we were already aware of this from previous reviews.

Only one night but lovely stay. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, nice hot tub. Some signs of wear and tear but we would book again. Good location and nice link to The Cliff Hotel.

No allocated parking (but we did find a space on the road ) . Scary stairs ! - wooden and steep and even after reading reviews our dog also fell down them 😖.

The house is lovely, clean and well looked after. The only let down was the area was quite loud as there’s a pub opposite and a bar at the end of the street. We had young children with us and it was fairly noisy at night to get them to sleep. The hot tub also turned an odd colour and the jets stopped working on one side so we didn’t feel safe using it. I contacted the number given but nobody came back to me so felt like we didn’t really get enough time with it’s in use as we couldn’t use it for half the trip. I eventually got an email which stated that sometimes these things happen with hot tubs when something goes in it that doesn’t agree with it?? Not sure what that actually meant but it’s fine. We enjoyed the rest of the house. The stairs were treacherous and I would not recommend for anyone who has mobility issues or young children.

We loved the short walk to the beach. The beds were comfy and the place was well equipped, with everything easy to use.

The stairs! Lots of them, little tricky at times with a 1 year old but we managed. Access to a hoover would have been great and a dustpan and brush

Well equipped house with en suite to each bedroom and 3rd bathroom downstairs. Extremely comfortable beds with lovely linen and amazing pillows. Plenty of fluffy towels provided and the hot tub was amazing

Parking is not at the property but on the street around the corner, however we were offered free parking at the nearby hotel for the duration of our stay. Would like to have known about the steep stairs and the amount of steps to the terrace and again down to the hot tub but that said the positives of the our stay far outweighed the negatives
