Perfect location close to the town. House well equipped and clean. Excellent communication with the owner.

The location was excellent and the parking area was generous. The host was attentive. The kitchen was really well designed and well equipped. The house was very clean, and we appreciated the Christmas decorations.

The shower upstairs could have been better. The downstairs shower room was extremely cold - three external walls made this inevitable in cold weather.

Lovely property which felt like a home from home. Well supplied with all essentials, plus extras such as books and games. Very comprehensive information on the property and the local facilities. Rebecca was a brilliant host.

Spotlessly clean property, really close to town, with everything we could need.

We loved everything about it. Comfortable, Spacious. Good location in quiet road with easy parking but easy walk to the centre of Wells. Lots of places to eat out nearby. Attractive property. Well-equipped kitchen. Clear instructions about how to use appliances, hot water and heating. Warm and cosy.

Not clear about whether we could pack on the grass at the back of the property but it didn't matter because there was plenty of space on the road.

A very comfortable, clean house with everything you could need. A few minutes walk from the quay, shops & pub. Our dog especially enjoyed the fenced in garden! The owner was easily contactable if required, we will be back! Thank you.

Very clean and well kept with good parking. Beach, walks, eatery’s, pubs, Coast Hopper bus terminal, grocery shop, in fact everything we needed for a super short break.
