Sadly lots of dog poo in the back garden..Defect with the top oven door. Could not use

The location was outstanding! A very clean, modern house with everything and more you could need. It felt like a home away from home where the host actually took pride in making the property look stunning and very well organised.

The hot water seemed to be abit hit and miss for a bath (we probably used up the hot water from the tank before running a bath)

"Excellent holiday rental - we would recommend"

Great house and well placed in the middle of Wells next the sea. It was nice and warm and had a well equipped kitchen. Completely enclosed garden, so great for children or dogs ... Or both!

Our only criticism is that the living room is quite small and only has seating for 5 people, even though the house sleeps 6.
