The property is ideal for a family holiday with spacious kitchen and garden

The property was well maintained , lovely decor , with a lovely personal touch. The kitchen was well equipped.

The location is perfect - a short walk to Wells next to Sea. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Plenty of parking at rear of property. We had a wonderful stay and would use again

Extractor fan in downstairs bathroom rather noisy.

Lovely little spot in a great part of Norfolk. Lots to do and great places to eat. House had everything we needed, including a washing machine. Two bathrooms must for our group, and this was catered for. Fully stocked kitchen for self-catering. Great outdoor entertainment space.

Curtains in front bedroom not dark enough for high summer mornings! A small comment only!

Everything the location is fabulous. Having a garden for the dog is great and parking for at least 3 cars at the back of the property is a plus for Wells Next the Sea!

Cosy, clean and you can tell the place is loved. The beds are super comfy.

The back patio door could do with a screen or blind. But this wouldn't stop me staying there again.

Lovely comfy house/cottage with everything you require for your stay and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and beach. Would definitely book again if visiting that area.

Location, we didn’t have to get in the car once. Very accommodating with a late check out too.

There was a funny smell in the kitchen. Not sure of it was drains as maybe hadn’t been used for a while. May be worth investigating just in case
