well laid out and equipped. great kitchen lounge area. tv room cosy. good outside space. good quite location,and near to facilities

small towels. bedding a bit thin.

Great location with ample off-road car parking - a bonus in Wells. Easy walking distance to Staithe Street, pubs and the Quay. Comfortably holds 6 people, and a very nice dining area which seats 6. We'd happily return. Expensive but everything in Wells is very expensive. We could have had 2 weeks in Spain flights included for what 3 nights in Wells cost.

Location was a 5 to 10 minute walk from all eateries of which were excellent. The quay and shops.

the shower room needs a non slip mat in the shower and one for standing on when coming out of the shower.

great location for easy walking access into town. good comms from hosts. enclosed garden for dogs easy parking bonus of two bathrooms

towels - small and thin and only 1 per person lounge - not enough seats for 6 people but comfortable

Location was excellent as just a few minutes walk from the quayside and shops, restaurants and pubs, and only a 20 minute brisk walk to the beach. The enclosed garden was great for the dog, on and off street parking good. House was pleasantly refurbished and the open plan kitchen diner with link out to the garden would be great in the warmer months.

The house was warm when I arrived. Kitchen well stocked and linen of good quality.

Managing the heating was difficult - I couldn't master it.
