New 2 bed holiday home with decking in Rockley Park Dorset near the sea

The location was great and the property host was so kind, responsive and healthful resolving our inability to access the main park facilities (due to a trial that the holiday park was running around owner only access that weekend).

Unfortunately the caravan had a lot of dog hair in it on the carpet and sofas, which meant it did smell of dogs. It was the only thing I would comment on as mentioned the host was very kind and a pleasure to deal with.

Rooms were smelling.

Not applicable self catering letting. Layout was good and rooms were clean. Location was ideal close to local shops. Use of Site indoor swimming pool.

There was nothing not to like in the property. A few changes/adjustments could change the letting from good to excelcent. Door Curtain on outside door. Blind at kitchen window. Shelving/storage in bathroom for toiletries etc. Coat hooks in bedrooms for dressing gowns etc. Better directions/instructions for locating the property.

The caravan was clean and comfortable the only thimg i would reccomend is a TV in the main bedroom it prevents arguments on what to watch when there are 6 of you. The park facilities were ok but expensive and you have to pay for psses to go into the entertainment room and any other activities you need to pay for. Plenty to do away from the park if you are happy to drive but there is also the No 60 bus into Poole which is cheap and there is plenty to do there,

Nice cosy caravan with everything provided.

How close to amenities very noisy at times.

Caravan was just what we needed good facilities

I found it hard to find. Could do with a number on it. Husband found it ok

Location close to amenities - not to far to walk to the lookout point and beach - love having use of the decking - especially so we could have the door open and keeping our little dog penned in.
