New 2 bed holiday home with decking in Rockley Park Dorset near the sea

The cleanliness of the accommodation and location close to all the amenities.

The rooms with the 2 single beds had a terrible odour of stale smoke (cigarette presumably) which caused us to rearrange our sleeping arrangements as my daughter is recovering from a recent lung condition and so we were unable to allow her to sleep in that room for health and safety reasons which was disappointing. Perhaps some signage in the property stating 'No Smoking' would prevent this issue recurring. Also clearer instructions on where WiFi information is kept as had to email and the response was provided on the day we were leaving.

The location was fantastic

All the facilities on-site were shut

It was so cosy inside and felt homely. Nice touches all round the caravan. Close to lovely walks for the dog too.

The van was disgusting, and should be taken off your site, false advertisement.

Lovely area Nice caravan, comfy beds and bedding, good shower, well heated

The smell of caravan when walked in smelt of curry or something very strong smell was there the whole time. And think the drive needs some attention as its muddy

Warm. Good shower. Toiletries, towels & bedding all provided.

Everything covered in pet hair including duvet covers, cushions etc. Some cooking utensils clearly not been cleaned. Couldn't use facilities including bar 1st night as need to arrange membership with owner & too far to walk from nearest pub. Owner did sort next day & had it cleaned again but not the place for anybody that doesn't like pet hair on their clothes. I'm guessing the word "new" refers to new on booking.com site & not new as in the caravan as it certainly wasn't.

Really clean and nice property for a weekend of dog walking and relaxing, close to a nature reserve and quiet beach for walking. Easy to get to and find. Plenty of bedding and towels supplied which was great.

There aren't many facilities at this time of year, although we didn't mind as we were mainly there for dog walking, would have been nice if shop opposite was open. Not easy to walk to a shop with that one closed.
