New 2 bed holiday home with decking in Rockley Park Dorset near the sea

Not maintained, dirty toilet/bathroom stank of urine crockery & cutlery no cleaner properly. Cobwebs and dirt all over Hoover didn’t work had to clean it before staying in it. Decking outside filthy. Curtains and blinds in kitchen & bedrooms didn’t open and close properly. Internet a joke doesn’t work you are without it more than with it. Noisy being right on the main road and opposite the clubhouse especially when other holiday makers are leaving late at night. I’ve stayed on this site before and had a much better experience totally disappointing.

Location was perfect. Right next to everything. Owner was always contactable and helpful if required. Kids loved it. Will definitely return.

The Wi-Fi was a very slow.

Nice place, good location and comfy for a family with 4 adults and a toddler. Good value for money.

Location was perfect, with everything you need stay at a caravan, was lovely.

The wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Close to main area without it being noisy. Items such as soap, shampoo, t towels, washing up liquid, coffee, creamer and more were supplied. Response from owner was prompt.

It seems the Internet connection that we needed for medical reasons , had a limit which we were unaware of and meant we had to leave very early (able to only spend 2 out of our 7 booked nights)

Location was great, close to amenities and the nature reserve and beach.

Sadly the living room carpet and sofa seats were dirty when we arrived…so we start cleaning! Not ideal start. Apart from that start we had a nice stay. Great fun park for the kids. Thank you.
