Edificio Brisas

This apartment was really spacious with the most beautiful views over Port de Pollensa Bay. It was a great place to stay with friends and very central to bars, restaurants, shops, the port and the beach. We were met on arrival with the keys. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. I can thoroughly recommend this place for a great holiday.

Perfectly located flat with gorgeous views. Although it’s in the heart of the bustling front, the layout of the apartment means it is very quiet as the bedrooms are tucked away towards the back. The pictures don’t do justice to the size of the apartment. It’s huge. Sandra was very kind and helpful.

The only thing that keeps it from being a 10/10 is the lack of certain things I would expect to find in a rental: there was just enough toilet paper to get us through the first night and then we had to buy more. We needed to buy sponges. Only one bin liner was provided. Although they list toiletries as provided, we did not find any.

The lounge and location were great

The kitchen was basic. Nothing was left to welcome you when you arrived. If you arrive late you can’t even wash up until you can get to a shop. No milk or tea… literally nothing, not even a bin bag! The bathrooms were a little grubby looking with mildew around sealant. The bedrooms were dark and the pillows below standard, the beds were uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep at all. The lighting was poor also. One small lamp in the large lounge.

We loved everything about the apartment and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, the size of the apartment far outweighed our expectations.

This is us being really picky😄we do love a dishwasher. Would this put us off staying there again, absolutely not!

Great apartment ideally situated. Air conditioning was excellent in all rooms. Comfortable sofas and chairs. Bathrooms had good hot water showers. Good WiFi. Sandra as host was excellent and responded quickly to any queries.

Like most apartments though they have TV it has only Sky news as it’s English Channel.

Small balcony but expected in older apartments

The location was great. The hosts responded quickly and were happy for us to leave our baggage after check out time.

The apartment was a little tired. Bedding wasn't great at all. Absolutely no complementary products which when one is travelling with only hand luggage, shampoo and conditioner is not too much to ask. Most air bnb hosts supply a pint of milk/water.
