Sofa looked grubby. No full length mirror

They are maximising on the location alone.

On appearance it looked OK but the rooms were tired, the floors need a very deep clean. You could see the dirt in between the laminate. The bathrooms were very old, very tired and the base of the toilet was yellow!! The kitchen was in a time warp, no TV available, no water to drink available. The Internet kept dropping out. The front door latch was loose. Skirting boards are old. They have spent very little on the apartment. It is over priced by about £700. The host was late due to work commitments! The cups still had tea stains in them. So basically very over priced!!!

Great location and very large spacious apartment with brilliant hosts

Location -superb, the view was amazing. On Pine Walk, close to all amenities. The apartment was bright, spacious, very clean and comfortable. Sandra and Lorenzo, the hosts, were very accommodating and welcoming. Very clear instructions and nothing was too much trouble.

Everything was perfect

Gorgeous apartment perfect for 2 families as there is a dividing door in the hallway. The views are to die for, balcony furniture could be better as no back cushions. The apartment was well equipt.

Kitchen could do with a tin opener some jugs and cerial bowls. The Tv didnt have English apart from cartoons. If there is no Tv perhaps some games would be an option!

Fabulous location in the heart of Puerto Pollença overlooking the bay, with bars, cafes and a supermarket within easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean and the balcony is great. Sandra and Lorenzo made us very welcome and were very helpful. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Bathrooms are ready for a renovation. Place is great though.

Fantastic Position and views overlooking the Port. Communication with Sandra was great.

Nothing we did not like about the property. A couple of points though . Looking a bit tired in places but maybe being rectified for next Season as it was end of November when we stayed. Also as lots of people commented on,was the fact it said in the description there are Toiletries and there aren’t. Just some Shower Gel and hand soap would be more than helpful. Or remove it from the description. Not negative criticisms at all as we would certainly stay again.
