Location was sensational. Amazing views from the balcony/lounge.

Would have been nice to have toiletries provided. Our booking said they were included. No spare toilet paper or bin bags. Wifi didn’t work in the back part of the unit.

The location was perfect, beautiful views over the bay We were also within five minutes of the restaurants, shops and bars but it was not noisy

The lift was very small, not suitable for a wheelchair and was out of order a lot of the time

Front line with fantastic views. Whilst above the Pine Walk and restaurants, it was very quiet and the evening noise was not disturbing at all. In fact the music coming from the Diana Hotel pool & bar was great to have in the background when sat on the balcony of an evening.

Balcony furniture could be upgraded to something a little more comfortable. Not a criticism, just an observation.

Location was simply stunning. Views were breathtaking and better than on the website. Sandra and Lorenzo were friendly and good communicators. Air conditioning was effective ( thank God) Apartment was large and spacious

Nothing ( apart from the heat in Puerto Pollensa!)

The location and the sea+mountain view was great as we expected. The apartment is beautiful and huge. Lot of towels and great kitchen. Some small things were missing like the "Free toiletries" (described in the ad) as soap, sponge for washing dishes, napkin and enough toilet paper (2 rolls for 5 ppl for 8 days). No problem to buy these things but can be expected for such a place like these. The hosts Sandra and Lorenzo was very kind and helpful. The elevator broke down, they acted quickly. Plus we could check out later because of our late plane departure. Would go back, recommended.
