The caravan was clean on arrival and glad I didn't need to make up the beds that was a bonus , response from owners was very quick too 👍

Would of been ideal to have wifi

Absolutely loved our stay. caravan was perfect, no issues at all. Will be booking again for the summer.

We had a lovely stay beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect.! Close to all amenities and bus stop. food on site was amazing.!! Caravan was very nice and comfortable we would love to stay again.many thanks for a lovely stay

The location was great, and the caravan park was clean and tidy. It's got everything you need on site and around you for a great family break. The club house is brilliant, especially for the kids. It's just a little expensive without members' passes.

In my opinion, and rightly so, running a business like a caravan let out , you would go the extra mile so the customers are happy and keep coming back, but not in this case. I just think it's disgusting turning up to a rentle, and the caravan was in such a state even tho the cleaners have been in and cleaned up, apparently. IE : Dirty sink / cooker / work tops / floors / Bin cupboard / child's high chair / sofa was minging Carpets in the room are disgusting ( in need of a carpet cleaner. In fact, the full place needs a deep clean, and the cleaner needs sacking.. So are children's few days away wasn't spoilt by the poor service, me and the wife cleaned the caravan ourself and if you have kids you'll get why we did it... owners did offer to send clear back but clearly couldn't do the job right first time so we declined, and the previous comments we read had the same problems My advice is, don't try to shift the blame on customers, we're paying for a service, and your duty is to deliver.. it's not all about earning the £££ Even when we left, we cleaned the caravan, it cost nothing to be nice..

Wonderful caravan. We have stayed in this particular caravan 3 times now and its so clean, local to facilities and comfy. We will definitely be back.

Spacious, prime location from facilities, owner on call when needed and problems sorted as soon as called. We shall be back next year for sure:)

Location good caravan cosy had everything we needed

Couldn't get fire on but didn't dampen the mood key lock a bit stiff but there always a bit of a pain but all good.
