Cosy and very clean and tidy ...nice touches of cleaning stuff and ample cooking facilities

Facilities on site where ok. Entertainment was excellent at club house.

Caravan wasn't cleaned also bedding looked like it wasn't changed before we arrived.

Booked numerous times & keep coming back. Location is right near food outlets & shops. The club tropicana is just over the road. Beach is within walking distance. Caravan is of good quality, decor etc. If you have any issues the owners are more than happy to help. As I say we keep coming back for a reason. Definitely recommend. Looking forward to returning again.

Nothing really, could do with a coffee table in living room area, but this is something that can easily be sorted.

The caravan was well equipped and comfortable. The site was good, and we loved being so close to the beach. St. Leonards is a lovely place to visit, and there are plenty of buses to Skegness, so you do not have to drive very much if you don't want to.

The caravan and site were good but our experience was spoilt because we had to clean when we arrived. There was a grill pan full of fat in the oven, and a pan had fat in the bottom. The cutlery draw was full of crumbs, and the teaspoons were heavily stained. The toilet in the double bedroom unsuited was left in a disgusting condition, and in the main bathroom, the sink was full of dirty water as the plug was stuck. This was reported, but nothing was done by the time we left. The doors throughout the caravan were dirty with marks and fingerprints. We had to go out and buy cleaning products and spent the first evening cleaning the caravan. Such a shame as the caravan would have been excellent with a proper clean through. It is a lovely place to stay, especially Chapel St Leonards
