The resort, caravan etc were perfect. The owners were prompt with text replies and the one little hiccup we came across (misunderstanding with times for cleaner) was sorted quickly and without fuss.

I have no complaints whatsoever. We were on a tight budget and the price was more than fair for a very clean, tidy and comfortable caravan with friendly and helpful owners. Their cleaner was also lovely which was a bonus.

It's location and the local area

A few noisy guests but it's a busy site and we slept well. Cleaner turned up saying we should be out says between 10 /11

The location is great , bus into ingoldmells or skegness literally on the door step

We had a couple of issues a bulb had gone in the bedroom , and gas ran out the day before we came home , didn’t effect our stay , still had an amazing time , and the price paid really makes it value for money

Good position for all the things we need there’s plenty of room and the balcony was good outdoors space

Would have preferred better mattress and Wi-Fi would have made life easier with twin 7 year olds to get on there gadgets

"We had a fantastic weekend staying at Chapel Caravan."

Everything. It had everything provided that we needed. The decking was good so our dog could go outside without worrying about him running off. It was close to local amenities. It is also close to the bus stop so we caught the bus into Skegness and Ingoldmells.

It would’ve been better if it had Wi-Fi but saying that it never caused any problems as our mobile signal was strong so we could use our hot spot if we needed to.
