very well presented and clean. lovely little touch with the welcome basket of snacks and useful to have milk and butter in the fridge. conveniently located for going to BHT :)

The place was very clean, comfortable and well equipped (the kitchen knives were sharp! Not often the case in holiday lets. The location is lovely and exactly what we wanted and expected. The outdoor space is very nice. Parking was fine despite the limited space in the village. Arwen was very responsive to messages and very kindly and swiftly sent us an item we left behind.

We struggled somewhat with the smart TV and the heating system (we were warm though). The shelf in the fridge door was missing. The flooring on the top floor is creaky.

This little gem of a cottage is awesome, on a quiet lane with a stream running through a field of alpacas just over the wall behind a lovely little garden area. I'm a housekeeper and usually feel the need to check bedding and clean kitchens and bathrooms (and in draws) before I can so much as unpack but not here, it was immaculate and beautifully presented and the wonderful welcome basket was perfect! a marvelous kitchen/diner on the basement level with everything you could need for even a long stay and lots of cupboard space too, a really cute lounge/tv area on ground floor and an amazing bedroom with ensuite stocked with "faith in nature" toiletries (and has a great shower) there's also plenty of storage on first floor offering draws and hanging space. Good quality bedding, towels and toweling robes and a really nice selection of locally sourced room fresheners, candles, reed diffusers, honey and more. hoover, washing machine also very helpful. Honestly you just need clothes and a toothbrush! settling in is easy leaving is not as easy!!

Quirky little cottage in the beautiful Coombe just outside Wotton, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and memorable stay. Loved it.

Love the welcome basket and the support of local farms, businesses and artists within the property. Super comfy bed. Log fire Harbour House feel Views from the garden Great shower. Everything you need on arrival from coffee to butter and natural organic products 😊

The cottage was absolutely stunning. It was my partners birthday celebrations in the cotswolds and she couldn't have been happier. Arwen left birthday balloons and put up some lights and left her a lovely message on a heart shaped board,wishing her a happy birthday. The welcome hamper was unexpected but very much appreciated. The log burner was wonderful and used every evening and the place was super cozy. The bed was lovely, everything was lovely, we couldn't find one thing wrong with the cottage, not that we were looking as we were enjoying the place so much. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and gave good recommendations of places to visit. Would we go back again 100%
