The house was spotless and cosy. It was set in a beautiful location and very peaceful. Helen and Richard, were very welcoming and responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

"Perfect property, wonderful host"

Helen & Richard were welcoming, friendly and attentive host. Property is of a high standard and has all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Beds were super comfy. We stayed for 4 days and was an ideal base to explore North Devon and Cornwall. The property was something to look forward to coming back after a long day of exploring. Home made scone with cream tea and jam was the perfect start to our holiday. Wish we had more time. Highly recommended.

Lovely scones and tea on arrival. Quite location, although, only 30 mins from the coast.

Would have been nice to have a good local pub.

"Exceptional stay."

This was our best stay during our holiday in England. The place is absolutely amazing– from the moment we walked into the cottage, we felt surrounded by exceptional peace, quietness,, and inner balance that this place provides.The cottage is impeccably maintained, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped, including the kitchen, which makes it feel as comfortable as being at home.The garden surrounding the house is beautifully kept – you can relax on the loungers with a view of the treetops and hills. It’s also very close to many interesting places in Cornwall and Devon. The hosts are absolutely wonderful people, always ready to help with even the smallest request, while being very discreet and respectful.They welcome guests with freshly baked scones and homemade jam:) The extremely friendly dog is a big bonus. Thank you Helen and Richard! We will definitely come back next year. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect for the four of us. Everything we needed was provided for and lots of personal touches to make the cottage home from home. Even a lovely out door space and garden to sit in. Great communication with hosts, Helen and Richard, nothing was too much trouble, we were made to feel very welcome and would not hesitate to recommend.

All the thoughtful little extras and artistic flair. The very friendly and helpful owners.

Some of the blinds weren't easy to operate.
