"Perfect Cottage"

A Perfect Cottage Stay – 10/10! The hosts were absolutely amazing and have clearly put so much care and thought into every detail — you truly couldn’t wish for more. The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and extremely well equipped, with lovely complimentary touches that made us feel really welcome. The decor is sophisticated and tasteful, and everything was in immaculate condition. A well-deserved 10 — we’d return in a heartbeat!

Everything was wonderful. It was like a home from home. Very comfortable and has everything you would need. Amazing gardens and outdoor spaces…very peaceful and relaxing. My dogs absolutely loved exploring. I loved it. Lovely location. Super comfortable beds. Everything I needed was there. Amazing cottage and I will definitely be back.

Petrock was absolutely stunning and incredibly peaceful—a true hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home. The cottage was beautifully maintained, offering comfort, warmth, and everything we needed for a perfect stay. The surrounding views were breathtaking, making it the ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. We explored different areas during our visit, each one more charming than the last. Helen, as always, was wonderfully helpful and welcoming, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We loved it so much in 2019 that we couldn’t wait to return in 2025!

What’s not to like? Everything was fantastic!

"Lovely stay in good sized cottage."

A warm ,welcoming and very clean cottage with everything you could need. Met by host which was good as we were able to ask a few questions about walking in the area. They did have a good file though which gave you plenty of information.Location was fine for us but you do need a car to visit other places although we did do a local area walk. Lovely surroundings and at different times of the year I’m sure the garden area would be lovely to sit out in.
