The property is in a quiet street. You have your own entrance to the property. It’s away from the main centre which doesn’t matter because Ajanta and Ellora are the main attractions. There is a good Vegetarian restaurant 10mins walk called Balaji South Indian. Sudhir the owner was very friendly and helpful. He will help you with anything you ask. He delegates organising trips, airport pick etc to a nice auto rickshaw driver called Skirfan. Reasonable prices I thought.

Safe stay

We only stayed for 1 night as we already had arranged the rest of our trip. Even though we only had a short stay, the service was already great before we arrived. The owner helped us arrange a rickshaw driver for the next day, having filtered water and tea available, blankets ready, and serving us with hot water to shower. Would recommend en would stay again

The room was spacious and comfortable and filtered water was always provided. The price of the room was surprisingly low for the comfort and facilities provided. There was only 1 room in the property so it had a very homely feel. There was a nice vegetarian restaurant nearby and a large supermarket 15 minute walk away. The owner was very kind and helpful. He made sure we always had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. He arranged tours to Ellora and Ajanta Caves as well as transport to the airport and from the railway station. It was good to be met by a friendly face after a long train journey. The tours were very good value as well and both of the drivers tried very hard to make sure we had a good experience. The caves themselves were stunning. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Aurangabad.

There was some noise from dogs overnight and a little more dusting would have been appreciated but these are minor points.

There are nice local places around where you can eat, with very kind people.

The location is 15 minutes from the railway station by tuktuk - quite far away from town. The dining area/reception that is offered as part of the accommodation is the host's office. You only get a small bedroom and a washroom, in which personal stuff is stored, and not a full apartment. There was too much noise from the neighbors, barking dogs, and a water pump which started at 6 AM.

Despite the relatively calm area, thin walls making it hard to to sleep with the surrounding noises. Lots of dog barks especially, and you can hear everything the neighbors say
