If you're looking for a quite place, away from the chaos, this is it! Very kind and humble owner of this property. Do stay and experience this yourself!

Affordable rates, basic amenities provided with AC, 1 extra room accessible along with bedroom, host professional, clean property.

Bed with mattress and pillows not comfortable. Food not available near property, have to walk down nearby.

The place consists of a bedroom with private bathroom, on the first floor of a small building, with indipendent access to the property. It was very clean and tidy and very well maintained. AC, ceiling fan and Wifi are available.. Water is provided by the owner as well. The owner is very caring and helpful, with suggestions about how to visit the sorroundings (he can also arrange visits with taxi drivers he knows personally).

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable to me (too hard). The owner tried to solve the problem with a new matress, but unsuccessfully. The location is a bit far from the city center and the railway station, though very quiet and far from the noisy traffic. A small fridge would be a nice addition.

The landlord was really friendly and always happy to help! He slso has good connections to drivers that bring you around to the main attractions in the surrounding of Aurangabad. The room itself was spacious and nice. Hot shower :-)! We could make water for tea snd had some tea, plates, cups and spoons etc. The neighborhood is also calm and good to walk around and have lunchbor dinner. Also the big supermarket is only 15 min by walk away.
