It must improve the cleaning, too much dust

It is great home stay in a residential locality but in walkable distance we have good restaurants. The host is nice man who has attended our calls promptly and arranger taxi for our Anjanta Ellora trip.

The staircase to the facility is iron frame and bit inconvenient.

Quiet area surrounded by greenery (which for Aurangabad downtown is quite unexpected), terrasse on rooftop, no breakfast but number of restaurants and hotels just nearby. Clean and all what you would expect for such an affordable price. Venkateswara takes care of his guests, and he likes to share his smiles and good mood.
