No bath upstairs

La anfitriona Imma fue súper agradable, atenta en todo momento. Hasta nos dejó limonada y un tarta, ambas hechas por ella. Totalmente recomendable!

Where to start… if you don’t want to start your tour of Sicily anywhere else, then it should be right here. Why? Because the other accommodations you’ll visit are most likely not going to be as wonderful as this one. The hostess’s hospitality is breathtaking. As a welcome, we were given lunch, bruschette, baked cookies, homemade jam, and beer (which hit the spot, especially in the heat we had on the way). The apartment is in a great location. Just a short walk away there is a market that comes alive every morning. Nearby there is a paid parking lot (€15 per day. Finding a spot is a bit tricky, as it tends to be quite full). The center of Ortigia is just a short walk away. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen including a washing machine. Altogether three bedrooms (one single and two doubles). Both double beds are upstairs, accessible by really steep stairs. But nothing one couldn’t handle. The bathroom has a shower, and there is an above-standard amount of towels available. Overall, the apartment is very well equipped. So how would I sum it up… the accommodation isn’t without flaws (for example, the air conditioning does whatever it wants, and there is no hot water in the kitchen), but never mind. The experience the hostess creates for you completely outweighs these shortcomings. SIMPLY PUT, IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE SICILIAN HOSPITALITY FIRSTHAND, COME HERE!!!

Forget the flaws!

Appartement conforme à la description,mon mari qui a un problème de locomotion a dormi dans la chambre du bas mais cela ne nous a pas gêné car nous savions qu’il y avait un escalier . Location centrale à deux pas du marché idéal pour découvrir Ortigia et nous avons pu garer la voiture devant la location . Nous remercions chaudement Imma pour son accueil chaleureux et qui a à cœur de nous faire passer le meilleur des séjours ,elle nous a accueilli avec une limonade des gâteaux à la cannelle ainsi qu’un énorme plateau de fruit de son jardin . Une belle personne très généreuse et arrangeante .

L'host è una persona gentilissima che riserva un'accoglienza unica nel suo genere. La casa è funzionale e super pulita. Consigliatissimo!
