the host is great and a very special person full of positivity and hospitality ! the location is super convenient ! very clean with all necessary facilities ! free parking around can be found !

only issue the stairs to the bedrooms !

The flat is located in the heart of the old town Ortigia, it is very confortable and the host Immacolata was extremely welcoming. The breakfast was generous including a marvellous handmade mermelada. definitely i would like to come back.

the stairs to the main bedrooms (mezzanine) is very steep. I wouldn’t recommend it for a elderly person or small children but there’s another bedroom on the ground floor.

Our host was the nicest and the most helpful host in Italy. We even got a welcome cake! And she has arranged a parking for us.

The stairs are pretty steep. If this could be a problem for you, maybe this is not the best place for you.

Location was perfect. We were lucky to find parking right in front of the house. I got clear instructions on how to get to the property without entering the ZTL zone.

The stairs to go to the two upstairs bedrooms can be challenging. The host was very warm and welcoming.

* Wonderful hostess who met us and showed us everything, also giving us some of her own cooked/baked goods * Good location within walking distance of the main attractions * Parking was arranged for us, though the area is very crowded, so check this in advance * Actually a very spacious three-bedroom two-floor apartment * Tasteful decorations with the hostess's own art

* The main bedrooms are upstairs, with a very difficult staircase. Not for the weak-hearted. It might be dangerous to carry heavy luggage upstairs.

Very nice apartment, well situated - but host Immacolata really makes the difference, extensive welcome package including several delicious home mades and tons of help during stay

The stay in Casa Di Ninuccia as really great, everything was 10/10. The owner is super nice, helpful and creative, also the communication before the stay was easy. The place itself clean, cozy and well located. We truly felt like home. Thank you for a great stay and I hope we will be able to come back for a longer stay :)

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Easy phone/WhatsApp communication meant we were met at the door by the host who also provided a parking place opposite the property and then - via translation on a phone from her daughter - explained about the property. Access was via a simple door directly from the street. The kitchen/living area was great and the host unexpectedly also provided simple but tasty breakfast options. The stairs to the upper floor bedrooms were more like an open rung ladder! (I had missed this on the property photos). My wife was not able to climb them but luckily the third bedroom and the bathroom were on the ground floor and the host made up the bed in that room. A shame as this was a plain room, unlike the beautiful main bedroom upstairs. The property is ideally suited to access on foot the local market, restaurants and main sights on the island. Luckily we did not need to move our car and re-park during our stay. Wifi worked very well.

The stairs to the upper bedrooms are only suitable for agile people.
