A terrific apartment, big and very clean. 5 minutes drive from ortigia. it has everything you need , the manager was very nice and helpful with everything we needed, even helped with restaurant reservations. Highly recommended

We liked everything about the place, very comfortable big bed, nice bathroom, a little terrace and functional kitchen...you have everything you need for groceries and breakfast around in 5 min walk, close by bus station for bus going to the best beach in this region "fontane bianche" where we spent our days mostly... also there you have bus going from and to the airport of Catania and direct bus for Palermo as well. It is also a 15 min walk to Oritigia where we spent our evenings.. Lino our host was perfect, he was never around to bother you or to make your stay uncomfortable but was always available on whats app and very helpful and informative for everything we needed. I would definately recomend Lino and his place for everone who would stay in Syracusa.

There was only 2 cupboards and couple of hangers for clothes and it can become easily messy around with all the clothes but its not big of a deal for vacation...

This is a gorgeous, modern, well equipped apartment. We loved the air con in both bedrooms and the very comfortable bedding. Our host was very easy to communicate with, proactive and responsive. We appreciated ample free parking around the complex, and could walk into the old town in approx 20-30 mins. We would recommend it to others and stay here again!

The apartment was spacious, wonderfully decorated and extremely clean. Lino, the host, was extremely helpful and kind, providing us information to ensure our visit was a good experience. Also, if you are renting a car, this facility has onsite parking. The location is in walking distance to Ortigia Island, which is a must see!!! I highly recommend this property.

It was nice to have a place to cook some meals ourselves. The location was convenient and quiet. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge for us.

A bit far from Ortygia.

Excellent apartment in the quiet location of the town. 10-12 minutes walk from all the tourist attractions. There is a parking right next to the building and it was very convenient to communicate with the owner. The apartment was beautiful and stylish.
