Lino was incredibly helpful, and shared nice beaches, restaurants and places of interest

The city was busy and we craved the sleepy villages so we headed back a little early. This is of no fault to the accommodation it was our wishes to change location

The apartment is in a great location within walking distance of ortigia and the archeological park. Other people in the apartment block all seem to be locals not tourists which is quite nice as it feels very authentic like you really live there. They were all very friendly too. Very quiet location. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable memory foam type. Travel cot complete with bedding was all provided for us by the host. I would definitely stay again

"A wonderful stay"

Everything was perfect. Beautiful interior, modern and uniquely decorated with taste. In the room a large double bed, bedside tables, table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning (saved our lifes😂) and great wifi connection. The bathroom with a large shower, hair dryer. On the balcony available clothes dryer. The apartment has everything you need, ideal for a longer trip. In terms of location - quiet, safe, with great cafes and bakeries nearby. Ortigia is about 15/20 minutes walk. A separate praise deserves the owner - available at any time, friendly and smiling, happy to help or advise in case of any doubts. It was really a wonderful stay. Thank you for your hospitality once again.

Lino was a fantastic host, very communicative and helped us out quickly for example in getting us a second set of keys. Apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and nicely decorated. In the local area we recommend a little bakery just 2 mins walk on Via Giuseppe di Natale, and also check out the very interesting Neapolis Archaeological Park. The apartment is only a 20-30 min walk to the old town (Ortigia) which is where we spent most of our time.

This wasn't a major problems because we spent most of our time out and about, but we were 4 adults and the apartment only had comfortable seating for 2 or 3 for "lounging". Another comfy chair would have been great :)

A very comfortable room with a stunning and large bathroom.

It is very italian. Outside the building doesn‘t seem very beautiful, bit once found the appartment it‘s ok!
