"Wygodne mieszkanie w starej części Matery"

Lokalizacja w starej części Matery, z widokiem na okoliczne wzgórza. Samochód zostawiliśmy na bezpłatnym parkingu oddalonym o 20 minut piechotą. Na miejscu nie potrzebowaliśmy auta. Wygodny taras z meblami ogrodowymi. Proszę zadbać o stół na tarasie oraz łóżko w dolnej części.

la anfitriona me soluciono un problema ,me habia equivocado de fecha y ella hizo todo lo posible para solucionarlo,una genia la vista del lugar es unica ,la terraza para desayunar o tomar algo al atardecer es lo mejor,es un lugar donde se ve q hay amor

Alles soweit perfekt

Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Klimaanlage (die zu einer anderen Wohnung gehört) auf der Terrasse, die morgens und abends sehr laut war.

Posizione davvero fantastica, con visuale spettacolare, anche se non facile da raggiungere: almeno 10-15 minuti di scale con le valige... Il terrazzino per le colazione e la cena è top

I letti sono piuttosto scomodi. L'arredamento in generale potrebbe essere rinnovato: le sedie del terrazzo erano in gran parte rotte, il secondo letto matrimoniale instabile

Bardzo ładne mieszkanko w samym centrum Locorotondo, co szczególnie ważne, bardzo ciepłe zimą (byliśmy w grudniu). Czysto przyjemnie, wygodne łóżko. Warto wiedzieć , że mieszkania nie znajdują się w tym samym budynku co recepcja, nasze było około 170 m dalej, bardziej w centrum miasta (Via Dura). Trzeba było troszkę dalej nieść walizkę ale warto było.

Jedyny poważny minus: mieszkanie posiada tylko jeden klucz, co utrudnia swobodne rozdzielanie się. Mała wskazówka dla właściciela: Przydałyby się w tym mieszkanku podkładki pod kieliszki - szkoda byłoby zabarwic winem te ładne meble ;) Ważna informacja dla odwieszających: W pobliżu mieszkania jest niewiele miejsc parkingowych dla turystów. My parkowaliśmy bezpłatnie przy ulicy Via Giulio Pastore. Z tego, co widzieliśmy, w okolicy Piazza Antonio Mitrano także można znaleźć darmowe miejsca (w pobliżu L’ANGOLO DEL GUSTO).
