Villa della Genga Country Houses

Loved the location of the Villa della Genga set high in the hills with views and the beautiful pool. Lots of space for us to enjoy the property and well furnished. Restaurant at the Borgo della Marmotta was excellent too -- about a 3 minute drive from the property. Staff at Borgo della Marmotta which checked us in / out and helped with any questions could not have been kinder. Would have liked to stay another night but was already booked.

The BBQ is a shared BBQ and located outside another property. We decided not to use this and cook using the stove / oven inside the kitchen instead.

We stayed in the Grottone, it was really beautiful and spacious! The views are great a des the pool looks very nice. The breakfast (although a 5 min drive to Borgo della Marmotta) and restaurant is quite good as well. It is a good place to stay to visit Spoleto, Spello, Trevi, assisi. Easy to reach.

The pool was closed. They told us it opens every year in June. This was not mentioned in the conditions or on their own website. Also, they send us info that if you want to do a check in after 9pm you should pay 50 euros extra. We arrived shortly after, so didnt have to pay, but i found 50 euros quite a lot.

Struttura unica nel suo genere, un appartamento incastonato in una roccia con soffitti in legno ed un mix bellissimo di arredi antichi e moderni. Panorama bellissimo e tanta pace.

La roccia per sua natura crea umidità e se sei allergico un po’ ne puoi risentire

This exclusive set of apartments(only 3 I think) are located in very old structures that have been wonderfully restored and modernized, with old-world appeal still intact-and are just gorgeous! The grounds, gravel courtyard, garden, trees, plantings are picture perfect! We were practically alone-due to time of month-and felt so fortunate to stay in such a pristine setting!

This property is special-I loved everything!

הוילה מדהימה ! משפוצת ברמה מדהימה, חשיבה על הפרטים הקטנים בכל פינה בעיצוב של המקום. השקט שהיה שם מדהים וגורם לך להתנתק ולהינות מהטבע. החדר שינה נעים מאוד, מקלחת כיפית, הדירה מרווחת מאוד וכוללת מקרר גדול, מטבח מאובזר לגמרי, תאורה כיפית לבישול. בעל הדירה היה אכפתי מאוד ונעים, עזר לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים.

Nádherná lokalita , výnimočné ,romantické a netradičné ubytovanie.

Mierne zvýšená vlhkosť, ale na vrub netradičného jaskynného apartmánu.
