Windows to the street does not filter any noise, you feel like sleeping on the street. Good that it's not the main street and less noise overall.

Fantastic location in the heart of Bergamo Alta. The apartment is large enough for 4 people and has everything you need for cooking which was great as a vegan since Bergamo Alta does not offer much. Within minutes walking of every major attraction.

The first time I have visited Bergamo–back in 2018–I have stayed at Il Teatro. And I have returned now., in 2022. The reason for which I have chosen Il Teatro again was that I was very satisfied with everything. This spacious and cosy apartment is located in the very heart of the historical center of Città Alta, within walking distance to major museums and historical attractions, architectural jewels, restaurants, cafés, shops. I myself, as an opera lover, have appreciated the fact that Teatro Sociale is virtually accross the street. Teatro Donizetti in the Bassa Città can be reached easily by a bus, its station a cuuple of minutes walk. It is the same bus line, which connects the Città Alta with BGY Airport. The ride is relatively short. This option of transportation is very convenient and economical.

I cannot think of nothing negative. On the contrary, I would definitely return.

A very chic apartment,, located in the heart of the old town. It is very clean, with all the necessary equipment. Mr. Franco waited for us at the accommodation, even if we arrived late, after 10 pm.
