Loved staying here. Such a cool little space in a great location. The lady at reception was so lovely (despite the fact that I speak extremely little Japanese). Yes, the stairs are steep but you get used to them. The quirkiness of the space is what makes it, alongside the thoughtful touches like the robes.

Great to have a washing machine just incase, but could not find an iron

This is such a cute, and practical equipped place . The location is central to Gion . Many attractionsin Kyoto can be done by walking . The Kyoto place is super quite. One can sleep with windows open

Every thing was fine

it’s very large space that was well equipped with a washing machine, a very comfy bed, all bathing amenities and a tv with netflix connection. it also has a very nice modern aesthetic and is super close to a metro station.

the stairs were very steep and i may or may not have fallen down them but that was completely fault and they kind of add to the modern aesthetic of it all. soooo 🤷‍♀️

Lots of space for our bags, bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and same with parking (which is a 2 minute walk). Laundry was easy to use, detergent was provided if needed. the stairs are steep just FYI. 10 min walk to either Gion or Sanjo shopping area

The upstairs was really creaky so anytime someone got up at night to use the bathroom, the other was woken up.

The apartment is cosy and has everything you may need. It's conveniently located close to metro/bus stations. It was a wonderful stay.

Amazing place, great location, friendly staff

The design of the small apartment is great and confortable. The location is very convinient with subway and buses stops nearby and our hosts were very welcoming.
