Full house, well equipped. Cosy. Staff super responsive.

It would be nice to have a small cooker.

It was nice to have a lot of space, and feel at home. Was nice to be able to do some clothes washing halfway through a 3 week trip. Nicely decorated. Lots of light. Friendly check in/out. I would definitely recommend staying here.

These are all personal and are observations more than dislikes. Stairs inside are quite steep, just be careful on the carpet. A lot of light switches, was a bit of a gauntlet trying to turn them all off en route to bed. Sofa is very firm, you can’t really recline or curl up on it.

Accommodation was great, made my designer heart beat stronger. The whole space is really well thought through and every detail was considered. It was really clean and host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I really enjoyed the area as it was close enough to everything what is a slightly more residential and less touristy. Closest tube station is five minutes away and it’s close to Gion.

Unique interior design. Property owner was friendly and responsive. There’s smart tv to watch Netflix. Location is pretty decent - there’re a McD and metro station nearby. Convenience store is a few mins walk away. Walking to downtown area is possible but it’s not exactly near.

There were two ACs - one for each floor. The one on the second floor works well but the one on the first floor does not really warm the room so the living room/first floor was rather cold. We have to either bundle up or stand directly below the AC when watching tv in the living room.
