The entire fire alarm system was activated at 2am in the morning left all of us helpless. The fire alarm was accidentally activated by neighbouring guests. We were unsure whether it was technical issues or a true event occured

Bed was comfortable. Nicely furnished. Overall clean. Floor heater was a plus. It waded quite special to have sauna in a villa.

Gave us the wrong password for common room. Better to have English instruction on how to use appliances.

Spacious, modern, clean and comfortable unit.

Other unit accidentally trigger the alarm at night and every unit need to wait the operator to come and turn off the alarm, long waiting time and too noisy. Provided 24hours operator to contact in the unit but they couldn't speak well in English, no clear instruction on how to turn on the water heater and I spend 1 hour to found out.

At 7:00 a.m fire alarms went off all over the resort for almost 45 minutes, and the firefighters went from door to door for checking what a terrible morning.
