the location was marvelous, surrounded by nature but only a few blocks from stores and restraunts.

the check in system on the ipad was a little buggy. Had to attempt to check in multiple times

The property is only good if you are Japenese and come in a car. It’s mikes away from anything, attractions, food, tracks nothing in the vicinity.

There is no staff. It’s a terrible customer experience. We came a little early, our rooms were ready, the cleaning staff told us this. We called assistance, there is no service on-site. We were told that it’s doesn’t matter that the rooms are ready you can only check in after 3pm. We asked where we can leave our bags. No where. You can’t leave your bags!!! This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had anywhere. They do t tell you there is no in person support on-site so it’s all messaging. No one to call for help. The experience here ruined our family trip to Japan.
