"Could be much better..."

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (past midnight) for no reason. Whole property was affected. Water stopped running the next morning. No on-site personnel. The rest of the stay was good but seriously, would have given this property at least 9 if not for these issues.

"A lovely luxury self catered stay and get away. Needs transport options."

Quiet surrounds, excellent bath and sauna, elegant property. Beautiful view of the mountain when walking to the town.

Need taxi service or way to call transport as it is a 30min walk from the train station if you don’t have a car. We were unable to call a taxi and had to rely on walking

We loved the space , the cleanliness , the kitchen , the BBQ area and it’s good for families or friends bonding !

I would give it a 100% if the fire alarm didn’t just goes off and took a little longer than usual to resolved it , plus the no water next morning due to the “ freeze” water tank , but this issue was resolved very quickly ! Thumb up for this !

"Exceptional"

Check in was easy and a breeze. Just follow the instructions sent via the email and the check in process would be smooth. Beautiful and well maintained interiors, well stocked pantry with pans and cutlery. Heating was great as well, kept us warm and cozy in the winter. The kids loved the alcove area in the bedroom upstairs!

Spiders and lots of webs are found at the outdoor bathtub. Would have loved it more if they were cleared before guests are scheduled to stay. Fire alarm tripped for no reason in the middle of the night, and went on for a long time; turned off by itself after a long while disturbed the whole family's sleep, after that security came knocking to check.

"Overall, we had a lot of fun. Place was close to almost everything."

Location was perfect. It was close to almost everything....restaurants, attractions, shopping. The property had all the amenities that we want and need during our stay.

Loved the sauna and the onsen. Would have been perfect if robes were provided. Would have liked to stay one more night but the third night rate was outrageous.
