Стиль, туалет с ванной комнатой, удобные кровати на втором этаже, достойное количество посуды, полотенец и средств гигиены, вежливость персонала, возможность отправки багажа в онлайн режиме.

Не самое лучшее расположение, равноудалено от всего, но не критично. Отсутствует бесконтактное заселение - хотя в большинстве остальных апартов, отелей Японии это реализовано, вместо этого непонятный квест с поездкой до офиса, который находится примерно в километре от жилья целью которого являлось заполнение анкеты, скан паспорта и оплаты налога наличными, все это другие отели Японии где останавливался предлагают сделать онлайн! P.s. этот отель также предложил в итоге онлайн заселение (хотя изначально отказывались), но мы уже в моменте подьезжали на ресепшен с сумками, поэтому проходили все формальности оффлайн. Сушилка в стиралке не работает, или работает плохо.

The place was very pretty..Very traditional. We loved the design of the home. The location was nice and close to everything. The place was very clean and the neighborhood was nice. The breakfast they provide was good.

Checking into a different location was the most difficult part of the process. It would've been a lot easier to have a code for the door rather than having to go to another location first then having to get a driver to the 2nd location of the property. We were traveling with 6 family members from Tokyo to Kyoto on the bullet train with 2.5 weeks worth of luggage. Exiting off the train and having to find our way out of the train station having to walk huge blocks and searching by google maps and my husband trying to follow the guide in the heat and humidity wasn't a great start to our stay. We stayed in 2 other cities in Japan and the arrival process was easy and seamless. The other bummer was there was no option other than a couple of channels to watch and they were only in Japanese. It would've been nice to have Netflix or something the family could relax and watch. They other bummer was that the TV was located in the kitchen so even if we wanted to watch TV or work on our computers the futons are located next to the kitchen which makes it difficult to have much space. We were isolated to our bedrooms upstairs because the family downstairs were sleeping and right next to the kitchen. One other disappointment was the expensive dinner they offer through a outside service. The food was good but it was made out to be fine dining only the cost was fine dining. They also said the chef will cook in his beautiful Japanese traditional home but it was nothing close to that.

A beautiful, authentic Japanese stay. The pictures do it justice. Very spacious and enjoyable.

No blinds in one of the bedrooms (with a streetlight right opposite), and property backs onto the train line so there are train noises all night. Nothing a sleep mask and earplugs can’t fix.
