I am beyond outraged by the state of the room I was provided, as this was without a doubt the most unsanitary and poorly maintained accommodation I have ever experienced. It is clear that absolutely no effort is made to clean or inspect rooms between guests, there was fake eyelashes stuck to the toilet mirror. The level of filth continued throughout the room, with the Toto mattress, pillows and we ended up having to buy our own bedsheet covers and comforter just so we were able to sleep. The ironing board too was covered in visible stains that made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. The equipment provided was a genuine safety hazard; the iron was filthy and the wires were haphazardly connected in a way that looked like a significant fire risk. Combined with the drawings scribbled on the walls and the fact that the Wi-Fi was completely non-functional the entire time, my stay was a total nightmare.

MYStayed one night and couldn't sleep. The beds in all rooms have no padding, and you feel every metal spring. We woke up with bad backaches.
MYThe check in - smooth and clear. The check-out - fast and easy. The location - plenty of cafes, convenience stores, clinics & pharmacies available (if emergency), easily accessible (near the highway exit), privacy (no loud noise). Aesthetic - breezy, facing the beach direction (but no beach view). Utilities - they provide iron & the board, hair dryer, kettle, fridge, washer, microwave oven, cutleries, dinnerware, hot shower, all bath w/ shower gel. Bedroom - all rooms w/ airconds, clean, supplied with extra mattresses and the aircond works fine. Good night sleep to recharge.
The cleanliness - the caretaker (building maintenance) should pay more attention to details. We had to clean the bathroom and kitchen sink area upon check in. We checked-in late so we do expect a thorough cleanliness of the unit since we have informed them ahead of our ETA. We do expect to cook in the unit (hence why we chose to homestay instead of a hotel room) but we have no access to the cooker because there was no gas or electricity supply to it. Hope they can improve in the future. But overall the service was great! We share here photos of the unit we took before we checked out. So only good clean things are being shared.
