MYHad a really pleasant stay at Desaru Utama Residence. The place is quiet and peaceful—perfect to relax and clear your mind. The house was clean and comfortable, and facilities like the pool and gym were well maintained. Shops and essentials are all nearby, which made everything very convenient. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway.
Overall everything was fine during my stay. The only downside was the beds in the rooms—they feel quite old and worn out. The mattress has become soft and you can feel the springs when lying down, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Hopefully this can be improved for a better stay experience.

Cleaner bed sheet. The sheets look like they haven't been washed in months! Tengah malam rumah atas bising. Not sure Ghost or Human that made the noise. LATE REFUND!! The PIC said refund will be processed within 48 hours but till now (4 days after check out), still no refund.

The bed is not comfortable, can feel the spring. The bed sheets are very dirty, yellowish and stain everywhere. We booked for 6pax, but there is only 5 mattress There is a room that’s no aircon, please listed inside the description. The owner is not responsive
