Excellent host and informative, gave us advice on where to eat, superb value and location, with a small balcony overlooking the old town. a big bonus is you get private parking and a choice of where to have breakfast, which is all in the price. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Matera.

Nothing really what you need to understand is it is an old property set in rock so could be a bit cold

Everything! Luciano, the owner attended our needs up to the last detail including our private car transfers from/to Bari. The view from our balcony was spectacular and the location was around the corner of the main piazza, very accessible to coffe shops, restaurants, shopping. It also has a washing machine. Luciano gave us vouchers for breakfast and he also left some treats at the apartment just in case we wanted to sleep in and not go to breakfast. I will recommend this place, it exceeded my expectations! Thank you, Luciano. We will definitely stay here again!

it far exceeded our expectations. an entire apartment with all the amenities , free parking about a 7 minute walk away, vouchers for breakfast at nearby cafes and even a washing machine. and what a view from the balcony!

not a thing

The location was in the old city and you can go everywhere by foot. But you need to know that there are a lot of steps. The view from the small balcony is awesome. For breakfast you have the opportunity to go the some small coffee shops close by and the parking is about 300 m from the flat - everything included.

Everything! Location was amazinge, excellent balcony view, place was clean and spacious enough. Luciano had left us some treats in the fridge which is so nice! Breakfast was great, I cant say anything bad about this place. Also do not judge it by the pics, because its way better in reality ♥️

Fantastic position!!!! Central location and easy walk to everything. Quiet position, as town was very busy on public holiday. Apartment is well set up with everything needed and owners were very helpful. Private secure car park only a few minutes walk. Great idea - breakfast vouchers at a choice of 2 local bars as well as breakfast supplies in our room. Spectacular views over Sassi, especially at night. Great value for money.

The fold out sofa bed mattress was not very comfortable for 3rd person. Double bed was great.

Located in the heart of the town with an amazing view over Sassi from the balcony. The apartment is modern and cozy. The breakfast is served at a bar close to the apartment. The parking garage is 5 min walk from the apartment. The owners are very polite , friendly and helpful and they will make your stay easier . Highly recommend it

Great location and parking nearby and terrific view. Comfortable bed

The house is located on the edge of the sassi so is a bit dark and damp. The range hood was broken as was the balcony screen door, apparently by the last guest. The kitchen was not well lit meaning it was quite difficult to use.
