Beautiful property (especially the gardens), modern machiya, didn’t expect how huge the place was, comfortable beds, complete bathroom essentials, and all inclusive bar area was a plus, close to all popular sites !

not enough pillows and I didnt like how we have to check in at the office… atleast they delivered the luggages to the our place. which made it a bit easier.

Great location, great environment, large combination of two houses and an outside garden, enjoyable bath. Wished we had stayed here for longer to truly enjoy all it offered. Staff was very friendly, and check out procedures were conveniently off site.

I would note that the check in location is at their office, which location was less than ideal but a free taxi ride was provided after check in to the house. The only complaint we had was that the wifi in our master bedroom was non-functional.

It was good to be able to leave my bag in the office in the morning, receive check-in information, look around the travel destination, and go straight to the accommodation in the afternoon.Our luggage arrived at the accommodation. I liked the good location, the cozy living room, and the refrigerator full of drinks.

Four people stayed for two days. I made a reservation because the bathroom with the bathtub was pretty, but I was disappointed.After filling the bathtub with water, one person took a shower and no more water came out. It was very uncomfortable because four people had to soak in the same water in the bathtub and take a shower with a long time difference.

What a great house to stay in Kyoto. As a couple it was perfect & would be enough space for two couples or a family. We would love to stay longer next time. Everything about the accomodation was fantastic - thank you to the helpful staff.
