City Center House Next to Subway Station

1. 性价比：如果是短期几天，真心不建议，因为要收一次性17500日元清理费，而且订单开始时并不显示这笔费用； 2. 设施：确实是日式风格，但是房间明显有霉味，尤其卧室。有些设施陈旧不能使用，但由于时间短，并未当时反馈给客服。热水温度太低，设置了也没用。 3. 服务：此次预定确实比较紧急，客服在开始阶段也明确确认价格，但是也仅仅是确认价格，并未明确提醒额外的这笔清洁费。虽然平台价格不直接显示清洁费，但明确在聊天中说明，更容易让顾客看到，所以不免有隐瞒的嫌疑。 特别提醒：一定要在付款前核对价格 1. Value for money: It is not recommended for short stays of a few days as there is a one-time cleaning fee of 17,500 yen, which is not clearly indicated at the start of the booking process. 2. Facilities: While the overall style is Japanese, there is a noticeable musty smell in the rooms, particularly in the bedrooms. Some facilities are outdated and not functional. Due to the short duration of the stay, these issues were not immediately brought to the attention of customer service. 3. Service: The booking was indeed made under tight circumstances, and the customer service staff confirmed the price at the outset. However, they did not explicitly mention the additional cleaning fee. Although the platform does not directly display this fee, it was clearly communicated in the chat, which could be seen as a potential omission. Special note: It is crucial to verify the final price before making the payment to avoid any bad surprises.

Very pleasant experience. Being in city center, it gave us good access to nearby shopping center. Best part was toilet and bathroom were separate

Access to common facilities was not good

The house had three rooms, which made it ideal for our group of four. One couple could share a room while the two friends had their own. The location was very convenient, close to both a subway and a bus station (we mostly used the bus). The bathroom had a huge bad, a washing machine, and a traditional Japanese interior, which made the stay feel special. We also appreciated the balcony for drying clothes. Sleeping in the tatami room was a unique experience, giving us a real Japanese atmosphere.

The restrooms were separate from the shower, which was fine, but they were very small and uncomfortable. The tatami room, although charming, was quite dusty and only had a small fan instead of air conditioning, which made it less comfortable in the summer. Sleeping on futons might also be challenging if you’re not used to them.

Location of the house is very good and convenient to reach to the metro and the shops around the place.

House was not clean as we were expecting a house in Japan. It's an old house and smell is not well . The street and garage of the house are very narrow. 6 or more seats car can't come there.

Good neighborhood.

Some taxis wouldn't go down the street.

Value for money. The location is good for food selection as there is a university nearby. Walking distance you can find a 24h open mini supermarket and convenient store to purchase drink and food/fruit. Tourist attractions are not so far just 10-20 mins by bus. The owner is nice and kind.

The staff were very helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations in the area. The neighbour was lovely and checked to make sure we were okay when we were checking in. Great facilities and fully stocked kitchen, including a high chair! There's a great coffee place around the corner too!

Please note, the stairs are really steep, but they did have a safety gate at the top, so I was comfortable that my kids wouldn't fall down the stairs.
