"GREAT HOSTS!"

Great hosts! Very comfortable and spacious for my family of 6. LOVED the Keurig (we love coffee). Owners were super helpful and explained how to use the washing machine. Walked to many of the main tourists attractions. My kids LOVED staying in a traditional Japanese home.

It was so cold going to the bathroom (but that was part of the experience).

"Best stay!"

Location is top - u can easily walk by feet to several sightseeings such as temples and imperial palace. It’s also super convenient to use bicycles, that are provided free of charge by host. The house is a real Japanese experience! It is super comfy and large, everything that u may need is its place - like coffee, washing machine and detergent and many more. Definitely stay here in my future trips!

"Wonderful place to stay, we highly recommend!!"

The apartment is authentic Japanese, very wide and comfortable. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very welcoming and attended to any request. The kitchen is highley equipped and the sheets and tatami are soft and very clean. Also there are bicycles for your own use. The host was so welcoming he insisted on taking us in his own personal car to the station since we were with our young children and a lot of baggage. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back.

"Best place we stayed in Japan"

Shige was an amazing host. He helped us with everything, even gave us a ride to the train station on the day we left. The location is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Shige provides bicycles for all of the guests and we rode all over Kyoto. It was the best way to get around. The house is lovely and the washing machine/dryer was great and easy to use. Shige provides Nespresso coffee, water, as well as a few cooking items like oil and soy sauce. We cooked a meal there and the kitchen had everything we needed. Toilet and shower were awesome.

"Highly Recommend This apartment."

Lovely apartment - spacious, clean, quiet and well equipped. The owners thought of everything we needed. Shige and his wife were very hospitable, he gave us a ride to the station when we left. They supply bikes, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom is lovely - bathtub and shower were both great. The property is in a great location - near the Heian shrine and various museums and excellent restaurants. Very easy to get around everywhere by bus. We stayed for 11 days and it was perfect.
