Cozy Corner House in Valletta - Authentic!

Fab and unique space, location was very handy. Host was incredibly helpful.

Stara kamienica, wystrój wnętrz w stylu retro. Mieszkaliśmy jak w zamku. Lokalizacja na starówce, ale w bocznej ulicy. Pomimo tego zatyczki do uszu wskazane bo słychać hałas z ulicy. Mieszkanie zaopatrzone we wszystko co potrzebne jest do samodzielnego pobytu, jest żelazko, zmywarka, pralka, suszarka do włosów, naczynia, garnki, patelnie. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Wszelkie instrukcje przesyła przed przylotem. Proponuje nawet transport z lotniska. Polecam

Może trochę za wąskie i kręte schody ale w "zamku" to akceptowalne.

We had never been to Malta before, and we consider ourselves very blessed to have booked ‘The Cosy Corner House.’ We paid a small fee to the owner ‘Joelean’ to taxi us from and to the airport. Joelean gave us brilliant advice about what to see and do while we were there. On our return journey Joelean asked for feedback on the accommodation. Which we honestly could not fault. Its location is just a few minutes’ walk into the hustle and bustle of Valetta. There is so much to see and every day we noticed something different while walking up to the main square. We were in awe of the accommodation itself. Instantly you can see the time and hard work that has gone into renovating it. We spent our evenings staring up at the bedroom balcony, the stone ceilings and wrought iron chandelier before gazing endlessly at the authentic tiled floors, wondering how the hosts had achieved such a fantastic finish. The house was spotless, organised and very well kitted out with everything you need. Joelean provided us with multiple contact telephone numbers for us to use if we needed anything, and even offered to show us around, which in hindsight I wish we had taken her up on, to gain a true Maltese version of the area. The Cosy Corner house felt like home. Which nicely brings me to the only disappointing part…..eventually we had to return to our own home!

We honestly could not fault The Cosy Corner House. It has been the best holiday we have ever had.

Przemiła gospodyni, świetna l9kalizacja oraz klimat wyjątkowego i uroczego miejsca. Można poczuć ducha epoki. Dojazd bardzo prosty autobusem z lotniska ok 40 min plus spacer przez stare miasto. Gospodyni wysyła mapkę oraz zdjęcia nie sposób się zgubić. Proponuje także transport z lotniska. Dla nas top of the top na Malcie.

Wszystko był powyżej oczekiwań.

The apartment itself was so cute! There were three levels with everything that we needed. The location was great as well. We walked to it from the fast ferry and to a market and several great restaurants during our stay. It had the option to run the air conditioner but we just used the portable fans and were fine. The host was amazing as well. We were able to get in a little early, and we booked her to take us to the airport since our flight was so early. It was such a positive experience!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na zwiedzanie Valetty i całej Malty. Ładny, historyczny dom. Bardzo dużo miejsca. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Klimatyzacja która też ma funkcję grzania na chłodne i deszczowe dni (akurat trafiliśmy na 2 dni z opadami i bardzo się przydała).

Blisko ruchliwej ulicy. Od rana sporo przejeżdżających samochodów, co powodowało uciążliwy hałas. Historyczne okna niestety nie są dźwiękoszczelne.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, am Ende der Hauptstraße von Valletta. Es waren Adapter in der Wohnung und Regenschirme.

Für ältere Menschen wie mich war leider das enge Treppenhaus sehr herausfordernd.
