Habour View - Tauranga Central

The location was close to my cousins house which is where my family gathering was.

We were there for maybe half an hour and were sitting on the balcony just unwinding from our long trip. We were playing music but it was not loud. The neighbour came and told us to keep it down because his room is right next to the property. It killed our vibe straight away because we were there for one night and the majority of that time would be spent at my cousins. So we were only really at the house for about an hour before we had to leave to go to our gathering and then again to sleep. The bath had pubic hair in it and the couches were quite uncomfortable.

Room facilities were good. Proximity to Tauranga Town was a plus.

The noise. The first night, we slept fine - 1 of us in the pull out bed, the other in the double bed. However, the second night's sleep was very poor. A family stayed in the other unit in the same building, and the walls and floors must be made of paper - we could hear everything. Additionally, the family who stayed the second night got up around 0620 in the morning and made an extreme amount of noise. They even started moving furniture around their room at 0700. The host was good and left information for us but the stay was seriously undermined by the noise. I'm not sure this building is suitable for a multi-unit/multi guest setup.

The Unit was beautiful, clean...enough space for us., extra bedding available if needed....

As it was a room on ground floor, (below main house), the noise from the top floor was really evident....that included hearing conversations, children playing and crying, someone snoring. And just foitsteps..... Recommend sound proofing... We did have to ask for our parking space as well as did not want to leave our vehicle on the road. This was not a problem for the owners of the house.... Other than that great place

Location perfect for our visit.

We were disappointed at condition of the grounds. These need a major tidy up, Lawns not mown for some time and gardens unkempt. The couch/bed in the TV area needs replacing. Extremely uncomfortable.

All exceeded our expectations.
