Nice and clean, had everything we needed for a night, good location

Lovely view, clean and comfortable

Peeling wall paper on walls, big red stain onmat bedroom , draw fronting on cutlery draw came off when pulled. Towels were old and stringy

The brown spare blanket in the room was rather smelling of really bad toejam.

Very nice clean apartment, well situated not too far from everything. There is a small shopping centre within walking distance. Had a well equipped kitchen.

Unfortunately the lounge, like most rentals not the best. Would have liked use of the laundry but was locked. We did find a laundromat not far away and used the unit clothes line.

The laundry area was great. The lounge, dining and porch areas was very nice.

The bed in the main bedroom needs replacing. Most uncomfortable sleep. The 2nd bedroom's double bunker is not suitable for an adult. There is no side tables or cupboards or any other surface areas in the 2nd bedroom. We had cockroachs in the bedrooms and pantry. The bedrooms are in need of fans. It was stifling hot with no airflow. The cooking pans were dirty. The rubbish bins were completely full on our arrival and we had no space to discard any rubbish. Maybe a 2nd set of bins? Such a lovely house and excellent area, but it needs attention.

The location was perfect for us to join our wider grieving family

In the upstairs kitchen there was no tea towel available and when text sent to landlord about this we had no reply so we found one in the garage, we also found a cockroach. In the downstairs unit the sofa bed is really uncomfortable, and the shower head flops around.

Breakfast wasn't supplied and was surprised there was no milk on arrival.

The gardens were great just not maintained & lawns weren't done.
