Didn't like the noise coming from up stairs

Nothing at all!!

The property manager needs to be looked into as she is the one who is supposed to uphold the standard for the accommodation and she does not! The house was dirty from the floors to the walls even the bedding!! I always take pictures before and after it was disgusting this house was not clean we had cockroahes in the lounge the outside furniture she used a teatowel to cover up the broken chairs!! The bedding had stains all over them. One bin liner fir the 3days we were there. Bin was already full so we had to put a paper brown bag full of what we had next to bins the list goes on and on. I will be posting images on the site and the videos of when we walked in and to when we left...... also charging me for a 1year old $70 for 2 nights even though it says they are free but told me they make the most messes and they cleaners have to do more work for a toddler! Worst property manager.

First of all, the house is very beautiful, spacious and all essential things required were available. Loved the balcony.

No sound was coming out of the TV

I love the view. The quietness.

Cleanliness , view, spacious. The bath tub.

The neighbour banging on the wall at night while myself and partner were only talking in the lounge. The untidiness of rubbish (beer bottles) in the outdoor area outside the garage on arrival.

It wasn’t very clean. Needed a vacuum and dust. The towels were old. Would recommend taking your own if you’re staying here. Had a blood stain on the blanket and mold in the bathroom. The light in the kitchen was coming loose and the fridge and freezer needed a clean. The bathroom had mold and public hairs in the floor which to me means it wasn’t cleaned. Skirting boards were fill of dirt. Told the property manager and she just made excuses without apologizing for how filthy the place was. I have pics below.

It was a convenient location to the Tauranga Hospital where we had to support an ill family member.

NOT WORTH $270 PER NIGHT!!!!!!Cockroaches all over - even crawling on us at night. Key box situated behind dirty rubbish bins. Overflowing smelly bins at front door upon our arrival. The owner expected us to deal with smelly rubbish and large container of empty bottles (from previous guests). We are paying guests - not employees!! Not enough blankets - only one heater for two bedrooms. Dirty microwave dish. Dirty pan One striker on gas stove not working and others hard to ignite. Cigarette buds next to patio. Flimsy patio furniture. Hole in bathroom wall covered by art work. Wallpaper held together with sticky tape.
